This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Website and is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any applicable program or coaching agreement.

No Refund Policy

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing in a separate agreement, all purchases made through Creating Grace LLC are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-show situations are governed separately by the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy and do not create any right to a refund.

Acknowledgment of Purchase Terms

By purchasing any product, program, service, coaching package, digital content, event, or subscription offered by Creating Grace LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are committing to pay the full purchase price, whether paid in full or through a payment plan.

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of participation

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Failure to achieve desired results

  • Incomplete use of the program or services

This policy applies to all digital and non-digital offerings, including but not limited to:

• Coaching services (one-on-one or group)

• Digital courses and programs

• E-books, guides, PDFs, audio, or video content

• Workshops, trainings, and events

Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for all payments in the plan, regardless of whether you complete or continue participating in the program.

Missed or declined payments may result in suspension of access but do not cancel your financial obligation.

Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for purchases made in violation of this Refund Policy.

In the event of a chargeback:

• You will remain responsible for the full amount owed

• Access to programs and materials may be revoked

• The Company reserves the right to pursue collection or other legal remedies

Exceptions

Any exception to this Refund Policy must be:

• Made in writing

• Signed by an authorized representative of Creating Grace LLC

No verbal statements, emails, or marketing materials shall modify this policy.
